At Climate Intel, we are committed to sharing impactful environmental stories that create awareness and drive change. To maintain credibility and authenticity, NGOs/Foundations/Trusts submitting stories must meet the following eligibility criteria
Eligibility Requirements
The submitting organization must be a registered NGO or non-profit involved in environmental work. The story must showcase environmental impact, such as conservation efforts, policy advocacy, community-driven projects, or sustainability initiatives. The NGO must provide verifiable evidence supporting the claims made in the story.
Required Documentation & Evidence
To ensure authenticity, NGOs must submit the following mandatory documents or more of the following

Photos or videos showcasing the work. Original files are preferred while screenshots from media reports are accepted as well.
Legal credentials, such as NGO registration certificates, tax-exempt status, or partnerships with recognized environmental organizations.
Optional
Project reports or case studies documenting the impact.
Third-party verification, such as media coverage, government acknowledgments, or independent audits.
Beneficiary testimonials in written, audio, or video format.

Submission Guidelines
The story must be drafted by the NGO in its own words, highlighting the issue, intervention, and measurable outcomes.
Climate Intel’s editorial team will review and enhance the content to ensure clarity and engagement while maintaining the original message.
Maximum file upload limit: 1024 MB. If supporting data exceeds this limit, NGOs must upload it to Google Drive and provide a link within a PDF document.
Fact-Checking & Approval Process
Climate Intel follows a rigorous verification process to maintain the authenticity of published stories:
- Initial Review: Our team assesses the story for completeness and alignment with our mission.
- Evidence Verification: We cross-check submitted files, verify metadata, and conduct background research.
- NGO Credential Check: We validate the organization’s legitimacy through official records, websites, and past projects.
- Random Interviews: In some cases, we may contact NGO representatives or beneficiaries for further validation.
- Final Decision by Climate Intel: The final call on publishing rests with our editorial team. If the story is found to have actual environmental impact, it will be definitely published.
Important!
Climate Intel reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet authenticity requirements or lack sufficient evidence.
If a submission is found to be misleading or unverifiable, it will not be considered for publication.
By submitting, NGOs agree that Climate Intel may edit and enhance the content while maintaining factual accuracy.
